I’ve had my iKamper on the truck for a bit now, and it’s been really solid. The fabric and materials feel thick, the zippers still glide fine, and it held up in rain and wind better than I thought it would. Setup is easy too, once you get used to the whole thing. It’s definitely not cheap, but it feels like it’s built to last, so I’m happy with it

We’ve taken our iKamper out on a few weekend trips now, and I’ll admit I was a little skeptical at first. I figured it might be tight or uncomfortable, but we actually sleep better in it than I expected. The mattress is comfortable enough, and there’s plenty of room for two adults and our kid without feeling packed in, even with blankets and pillows. The tent itself seems really solid, no doubt about that. But getting it mounted on my 4Runner crossbars was absolutely more of a hassle than I expected. The brackets did not line up the way I thought they would, and I 100% had to make a second trip just to grab different tools. The instructions were thin too, so there was definitely some guessing involved. Once I finally got it on there, it felt secure and drove fine, so I’m confident it’ll do the job. I just wish the fitment info had been way clearer before I bought it, because the install was not as straightforward as it should have been...

I don’t remember every little feature, but I do remember thinking it looked really clean and was easy to use. The stuff I did use on my trip actually came in handy, which is more than I can say for a lot of apps like this.

I’ve used my iKamper a few times now, i’m really impressed with how easy it is to set up. You just pop it open, adjust a couple things, and you’re pretty much good to go. Taking it down was a little slower the first time while I figured out how to fold the fabric in, but after that it became really simple. Now I can have it packed up in just a few minutes. It’s a well-thought-out setup and definitely makes quick trips feel way more doable and stress-free.

I had a quick question about my tent order and reached out to support. They got back to me the same day and basically said, “Here’s the update on your order, and everything looks good.” Super easy experience, no runaround, and I got the info I needed without any hassle.

I’ve taken mine out on a few trips now, and cleaning it has been no big deal. It wipes down fast and dries quick too — actually, quicker than I thought it would.

I expected this to be a whole dramatic struggle, but nope, it’s not too heavy at all and I was able to move it around on my own without feeling like I was fighting for my life. Super easy to handle solo!
